LIMN provides web design and development services. Scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in a proposal before work begins. Pricing is determined per project following an initial conversation.
Payment terms are outlined in your project proposal. A deposit is required before work begins. Final delivery requires full payment. All fees are non-refundable once work has started unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. LIMN may display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Third-party assets are subject to their own licenses, and you're responsible for anything you supply.
Client-caused delays may affect timeline and cost.
Included revisions are specified in the project proposal. Work beyond that scope is billed at our standard rate.
LIMN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability won't exceed what was paid for the project in question.
Either party may end the project with written notice. You're responsible for payment on all work completed up to that point. Deposits are non-refundable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are handled in Texas courts.
