LIMN provides web design and development services. Scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in a proposal before work begins. Pricing is determined per project following an initial conversation.
Payment terms are outlined in your project proposal. A deposit is required before work begins. Final delivery requires full payment. All fees are non-refundable once work has started unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. LIMN may display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Third-party assets are subject to their own licenses, and you're responsible for anything you supply.
Client-caused delays may affect timeline and cost.
By providing your phone number to LIMN, or by being contacted by LIMN as a prospective client, you acknowledge and agree to the following.
Consent to Contact. LIMN may contact you by phone call and/or SMS text message using an AI voice agent or automated system for the purpose of discussing our AI receptionist and web design services. Calls may be placed using automated dialing technology.
Call Recording. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, training, and lead qualification purposes. By continuing a call with our AI agent past the point of disclosure, you consent to this recording. If you do not consent to being recorded, you may decline to continue the call and request to be contacted by other means or removed from our contact list.
SMS Consent & Frequency. If you provide verbal consent during a call, you may receive a follow-up text message containing a booking link or related information. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out. You may opt out of receiving calls or texts at any time by:
Opt-out requests are honored promptly and you will be added to our internal do-not-contact list. Reply HELP to any text for assistance, or contact us directly at contact@limnsoft.com.
No Purchase Necessary. Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any service from LIMN.
Carrier Liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Applicable Law. LIMN aims to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state and federal telemarketing laws. If you believe you have received contact from us in error or in violation of your preferences, please notify us immediately at contact@limnsoft.com so we can correct our records.
Included revisions are specified in the project proposal. Work beyond that scope is billed at our standard rate.
LIMN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability won't exceed what was paid for the project in question.
Either party may end the project with written notice. You're responsible for payment on all work completed up to that point. Deposits are non-refundable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes are handled in Utah courts.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site means you accept any updates.
