By using limnsoft.com or hiring LIMN for services, you agree to these terms. LIMN is operated by Limnsoft LLC, a limited liability company based in Utah, United States.
Client projects are governed by the signed LIMN Client Services Agreement. If these terms and a signed Client Services Agreement conflict, the Client Services Agreement controls.
LIMN provides AI receptionist and web design/development services. Scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in a proposal before work begins. Pricing is determined per project following an initial conversation.
Payment terms are outlined in your project proposal. A deposit is required before work begins. Final delivery requires full payment. All fees are non-refundable once work has started unless agreed otherwise in writing. LIMN's AI receptionist service is delivered using ULIO, a third-party AI receptionist and business-dashboard platform. LIMN does not develop or own the underlying AI or dashboard technology; we license it, then configure, brand, and manage it on your behalf as part of our service. ULIO is a separate company from LIMN, and use of the underlying platform may also be subject to ULIO's own terms of service. LIMN remains your single point of contact for support, billing, and any issues with the service — you do not need to deal with ULIO directly.
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. LIMN may display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Third-party assets are subject to their own licenses, and you're responsible for anything you supply.
Client-caused delays may affect timeline and cost.
Included revisions are specified in the project proposal. Work beyond that scope is billed at our standard rate.
We design our AI receptionist and websites to be reliable and to run around the clock. Like any live software or telephony service, they can be affected by scheduled maintenance, software updates, or outages at a third-party provider (such as a telephone carrier, hosting provider, or internet service) that are outside our control. We work to minimize disruptions and to resolve issues promptly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
LIMN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed calls or leads resulting from third-party outages, scheduled maintenance, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Total liability won't exceed what was paid for the project or service in question.
Either party may end the project with written notice. You're responsible for payment on all work completed up to that point. Deposits are non-refundable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes are handled in Utah courts.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site means you accept any updates.
